Hills Resource Conservation and Development, Inc. is an Illinois
nonprofit, US Internal Revenue Service 501 (c)(3) charitable organization
serving the west central Illinois counties of Fulton, Hancock, Henderson,
Knox, McDonough and Warren.
Prairie Hills RC&D, Inc. is the premier non-profit organization in the region providing local leadership and program integration in order to improve the quality of life in Fulton, Hancock, Henderson, Knox, McDonough and Warren Counties in Illinois.
